During the evening of the 17th of October, an issue with our tracking system was identified. Our tracking system wasn't functioning properly, which led to minutes being logged, but not being uploaded onto our system. Our team had this issue resolved within 26 hours, however, we had a second issue; the data couldn't be viewed through our standard commands.

We couldn't find the source of the issue and decided to re-code the entire tracking system. This led to minutes not being logged properly and the data not being able to be viewed. Therefore, we implemented a fix, which reinstated our service.

Our team are currently going through all logs and updating records to ensure all tracking details are accurate. You'll recieve an email when all data is updated, ready for your end-of-week review.
