On Sunday evening, our engineers published an update to our domain which was successful. After monitoring the update for approximately 30 minutes, we experienced service disruption with our domain, which led to issued with our documentation, status page, and redirects.

We then published an update in the night which resolved the issues with our documentation and status page. However, our domain redirect system remained affected and was offline.

On Monday afternoon, our engineers published an update which aimed to resolve this. After 2 hours of monitoring, all platforms regained access to our redirect system, and the incident ended Monday evening, meaning the outage lasted for approximately 21 hours of affected infrastructure.

Throughout the outage, our API and Discord infrastructure, including our main bot and all whitelabelled systems, remained online. Regardless, we've taken measures to ensure this does not occur again, and we hope that your experience with Kyro remains seamless.
